A hot dog is "all about the bun". These are crusty on the outside... soft and chewy on the inside. Gluten and casein free like all of our products but full of flavor and texture. You can load these up with "the works" and enjoy a great hot dog at your next picnic. They also make suburb sandwich rolls. People eat them right "off the rack" in our bakery. It's not unusual to see a customer perusing the takeout case while munching on a hot dog bun.
