There are a lot of gluten free brownies out there. But most of them are made with bean flours and taste like it! Ours are indistinguishable from brownies made with wheat flours. These are "cake style" brownies but with just enough chocolaty "gooeyness" to satisfy those who love the good old fashioned fudge brownies.
